Kochplatte aus spiegelpoliertem Hartchrom und um 40mm abgesenkt. Zur Frontseite der Maschine hin geneigte Platte von 10mm Fettablauföffnung von 40mm. Großes Fettsammelgefäß. Erhitzung über gepanzerte Heizkörper aus Incoloy, die unter der Platte angebracht sind. Kontrollleuchte zur Darstellung des eingeschalteten Heizvorgangs. Temperatur über Sicherheitsthermostatventil mit Thermoelement von 110 bis 280°C einstellbar. Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer.
